The heat transfer property of our thermal fluids are enhanced via incorporation
of liquid metal based micro-nano particles fabricated by top down shearing
of bulk liquid metal into particulate form by state-of-the-art-technologies.

Our thermal fluids are quite promising towards various applications
such as immersion cooling for data centers as thermal paste for high-end
CPU cooling, heat exchanging fluid etc.
